Ana Michelle Concepción Esterrich
Ana Michelle Concepción Esterrich is a multidisciplinary coach, mentor, author, columnist and speaker. She was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico, and now lives in Mexico City.
Her story has an uncommon turn: she spent over 25 years in the telecommunications and technology corporate world —rising to Vice President of Business Solutions at AT&T Mexico and leading teams at companies such as Microsoft, Liberty, AT&T and América Móvil across the Caribbean, the United States and Mexico.
At the height of her executive career she made a brave decision: to leave the corporate world and devote herself to human transformation. Today she blends C-suite rigor —results, OKRs, leadership and organizational development— with a holistic approach that integrates NLP, applied neuroscience, mindfulness, integral health and yoga.
She is the author of the book "The Bravery of a Woman", a recurring contributor on NMás (Televisa) and a columnist for Expansión and Mundo Ejecutivo. Her purpose is clear: to empower women and men to face their own challenges with courage and determination.
