Ana Michelle’s retreats happen under Elements Method: the company she co-founded with Andrés Flores Pedroza and for which she created the method. They are leadership immersions in nature —not in meeting rooms— integrating neuroscience, NLP, executive coaching, psychology and somatic practice.
